U.S. Holiday Shipping Deadlines

All shipping carriers are expecting unprecedented levels of shipments this year due to the ongoing pandemic and shipments will take longer to arrive this holiday season. Please take the following deadlines into consideration when ordering. We strongly recommend you order early if you would like to use Standard Shipping or better yet, upgrade to express/priority.

Nov 26 Thanksgiving - Offices Closed - No Shipping
Dec 4 Final Day for U.S. Standard Shipping to arrive by 12/25
Dec 16 Final Day for U.S. FedEx 2-Day & USPS Priority to arrive by 12/25
Dec 24 Christmas Eve - USPS will deliver on this day
Dec 25 Christmas Day - No deliveries 

International Holiday Shipping

We are seeing erratic and unpredictable shipping to all countries outside of the U.S. We encourage all international customers to strongly consider ordering early and choosing express shipping option when possible to ensure arrival by a specific date.

United States:

  • FREE Standard Shipping (3-8 business days) for orders $99 or more**
  • DHL Standard (3-8 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
  • FedEx 2Day (Delivery Monday-Friday only)
  • FedEx Overnight (Delivery Monday-Friday only)

International:

  • DHL International Standard (1-3 weeks, delivery times vary by country)
  • DHL Express (1-6 business days for most countries)
  • FedEx International Priority (1-6 days for most countries, delivery Monday-Friday only)

*For priority and express delivery methods, shipping cost is determined during checkout based on the shipping address and weight of shipment.

** Free shipping is valid on orders for shipment in the U.S. with a value of $99 or more. Free shipping is applied at checkout after discounts and is calculated off the discounted subtotal. Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated. PRO Compression return policies still apply to all orders that qualify for free shipping. Other restrictions may apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is available to most countries. All products are priced in US Dollars ($) and do not reflect exchange rates at the time of purchase. Your bank will adjust based on exchange rates. NOTE: International recipients are responsible for any import taxes, duties, customs and/or COD fees.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All returned items must be in the resellable condition and in their original packaging, including labels and must be returned within 60 days of purchase for an exchange or a return. The purchaser is responsible for sending the items back to us. When sending items back, you MUST include a filled out return/exchange form for each order that is being returned. Note: A $5.00 restock fee will be deducted from all orders being returned for a refund.

If an error was made on your order, such as receiving an incorrect item, please contact us right away at support@procompression.com. We will correct the issue for you at no cost to you.
